Features:
1. Applicable to the IPX8 waterproof rating test of the product.
2, working principle:
a. Place the sample in the tray in advance and pressurize the air inside the tank (the pressure can be set); b. After the pressurization is completed, the sample does not enter the water with the tray. After the tray reaches the bottom, the device begins to relieve pressure. c. There may be two situations at this time: if the sample is a defective product, bubbles will appear continuously in the water, and the tester can observe the bubbling position; if the sample is a good product, no bubbles will emerge.
3. The tank body is made of imported plexiglass, and the periphery is completely transparent (convenient to observe the test sample test), and the endurance is stronger.
4, the chassis is all welded with stainless steel material, humanized design: 45 degree bevel method, button operation; the lid height is moderate, easy to operate.
5, special silicone sealing ring, good elasticity, not easy to damage.
6. There is a sample tray inside, which is made of acrylic material. The tray is designed with honeycomb structure to reduce the resistance.

7. Control system: 4.3-inch color touch screen; touch screen can be set: holding time, test pressure, delay pressure release time and other parameters.
7. After the test is completed, the supply pressure can be automatically stopped, and the air in the tank can be automatically drained. The tester can open the can lid and take out the test sample.
8, the electronic control components using imported brands (such as: LG, Panasonic, Omron, etc.); pneumatic components using Taiwan's original Adak, to ensure the stability of the use of equipment and service life.
